Lecture Mode
NEWPut a slide or picture full screen and overlay the camera in a small window โ explain while you record.
- Select "Lecture mode" in Settings โ Layout
- On the camera screen, tap the image button next to the swap button and pick a picture from your library (slides, PPT screenshots, product photos, route mapsโฆ)
- The camera window can be dragged and resized
- Ideal for lessons, tutorials, unboxings and live recaps
Switching between front and back cameras is not available in lecture mode.
Use a mask image to divide the frame between the front and back cameras โ for example a heart-shaped area showing the front camera with everything else showing the back camera.
- Choose the "Creative Mask" layout; a Mask button appears above the record button
- Template mask: black (or transparent) shows the back camera, white shows the front camera
- Photo mask: paint the areas you want as camera windows in pure magenta #FF00FF; the rest of the image is kept as-is. Two separate magenta areas automatically show the front camera in one and the back camera in the other
- Tap the preview to swap the two cameras completely. Swaps made while recording are remembered and replayed when you recompose

My Masks (import your own image)
- In the Mask panel tap "+" and import an image from your library
- Pick a color on the image and that color area becomes a camera window โ you can pick up to two colors, one per camera
- Imported masks can be deleted anytime, or flipped with "Swap cameras"

Portrait Cutout + Reality
NEWThe front camera automatically cuts out the person and layers it onto the back camera's real-world view โ record full-body scenes without a selfie stick.
- Select "Portrait cutout + Reality" in Settings โ Layout
- The back camera shoots the scene, the front camera shoots you โ you appear inside the real scene
- Swapping the front/back roles is not available in this layout

All videos are stored locally on your own device and are never uploaded to any server.
- Tap โ in PiP layouts, tap inside the small window to cycle its corner and outside it to focus; in other layouts it focuses; in Creative Mask it swaps the two cameras
- Drag the small window โ move it in PiP layouts
- Drag the bottom-right dot โ resize the small window in PiP layouts
- Pinch โ zoom the back camera
- Double-tap โ show / hide the rule-of-thirds grid
- Triple-tap โ show / hide the exposure slider

- Saving a video failed? Allow photo library access in Settings โ Privacy & Security โ Photos.
- Recording stutters? Try a lower resolution or frame rate in Settings; dual-camera recording is demanding.
- The phone gets warm? That's normal for simultaneous dual-camera recording. Lower the resolution/frame rate or record shorter clips.
- Where are my videos? Inside the app. Open "My Recordings" to preview, export or delete them โ nothing is uploaded automatically.
- Why is "Recompose" greyed out? That recording is missing either the front or the back raw video. Use "Composited" or "Composite + Separate" next time to keep the option.
- Why can't I change canvas / resolution while recording? Changing the output size mid-recording would break the file being written. Stop the recording first.
- My mask doesn't work? Make sure the layout is set to "Creative Mask" and the image follows the rules (template mask: black = back, white = front; photo mask: pure magenta #FF00FF areas become camera windows).
- Does it need internet? Only for VIP purchases. Recording, saving and previewing all work offline, and your videos stay on your own device โ never uploaded to any server.
