"Static Server" (the "Product" or "We") refers to the mobile application developed and provided by Shanghai Dazhuo Information Technology Co., Ltd. "You" refers to the users of our Product.
In particular, the Product is a local static file server tool that runs entirely on your device. All of your files and data are stored locally on your device by default. We do not upload any of your files, content or personal data to any server. The Product does not collect, store or transmit any personally identifiable information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Product and services or in laws and regulations. Please check this page periodically to acknowledge the latest version. In case of any material changes, We will notify you through in-app notices or the like before they take effect.
II. Applicable scope of the terms
By using the Product, You consent to the application of this Privacy Policy to You. If You do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Product. If You have begun using the Product, please stop it immediately. Your use of Our Products and services signifies that You consent to this Privacy Policy.
III. Information We collect
1. We do not collect any personally identifiable information
The Product does not require an account, does not require login, and does not require You to provide your name, e-mail address, phone number or any other personal information. The Product does not request, collect, store or transmit any personally identifiable information.
2. No device permissions required
The Product does not request any device permissions (such as contacts, camera, microphone, location, photos, etc.). The core features of the Product (importing ZIP files, starting a local server, browsing websites on your local network) run entirely on your device and require no system permissions.
3. Data stored locally
The ZIP files You import, the extracted website files and application settings are stored in your device's application sandbox and are not uploaded to any server. This data is used solely to provide local static website hosting on your device.
4. In-app purchase information
When You purchase Pro features (one-time purchase), payment information is processed and recorded by Apple (App Store). We only receive your purchase status (purchased/not purchased) in order to provide the corresponding features. We cannot and do not obtain your payment details.
IV. How We use the information
Since the Product does not collect any personally identifiable information, there is no use of such information. All features of the Product operate entirely on your device, and data does not go through our servers.
V. Content You create or access
Website files You import through the Product, as well as content You access through the built-in browser, are under Your control. The Product only provides local static file hosting on your device and does not analyze, train on or promote your file contents in any way.
VI. Storage and security of information
All of your files and application settings are stored in your device's application sandbox and do not go through our servers or are transmitted to any external services. Since your data lives on your device, please protect your device with appropriate security measures (e.g. a screen lock) and back up your important data as needed. You may delete any local file at any time.
VII. Sharing of information
Since the Product does not collect any personally identifiable information, We do not sell, rent or share your information with any third party, unless:
(1) it is expressly required by laws, governmental or judicial organizations; or
(2) You have given your explicit consent.
VIII. Privacy terms applicable to juveniles
We take the security and protection of juveniles' privacy and data very seriously. The Product does not involve registration-based services and does not collect any personally identifiable information. If You are a juvenile, please use the Product under the guidance of a guardian.
IX. Amendment to this Privacy Policy
