MindMap - Mind Mapping Tools is a productivity tool that runs entirely on your device. We take your privacy seriously. In short: we do not collect, upload, or share any of your personal information.

1. We Do Not Collect Any Personal Information

The app requires no account, no login, and no personal details such as your name, email, or phone number. It does not collect your name, contact info, location, device identifiers, usage logs, or any data that could identify you personally.

2. Your Data Stays on Your Device

Every mind map you create, every file you import, every text you edit, your to-do items, appearance settings, and language preference are stored only on the device you are using. We have no server that holds your content and keep no cloud copy of it.

3. Offline by Design

All core features — mind map editing, file management, text-to-diagram, to-do lists, and local WiFi transfer — work fully offline. Other than the payment request initiated by Apple when you make an in-app purchase, the app never sends your content or usage data to any server.

4. WiFi Transfer Stays on Your Local Network

The built-in WiFi transfer feature lets your device and a computer on the same local network exchange files directly. It never goes through any third-party server. The connection is only established when you turn the feature on and open the shown address.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscriptions and lifetime purchases are processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We never see your Apple account, payment details, or billing information. You manage, cancel, or request refunds for subscriptions in the iOS system settings.

6. Children's Privacy

Because we do not collect any personal information, the app does not process personal data of any kind, and it contains no third-party tracking SDKs or advertising.

7. You Are in Control

You can delete any mind map or file inside the app at any time. Uninstalling the app removes all of its data from your device.

8. Changes to This Policy

If a future update changes how your data is handled, we will update this page and revise the effective date accordingly.
