"You" refers to users of Our Products and purchasers of paid services.
"Our Products" include the software product "Contact Backup: Import & Export".
I. Information We Collect and How We Use It
Contact Backup: Import & Export is an iPhone contact management tool that allows you to export, import, and manage your device contacts. This Privacy Policy describes our practices regarding information collection and use.
1. Contacts Access
The app requires access to your device's contacts solely for the purpose of displaying, exporting, and importing contact data at your explicit direction. All operations are performed locally on your device. We do not collect, store, process, analyze, or transmit any of your contact data.
2. No Account Registration
Contact Backup: Import & Export does not require account registration. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information.
3. Data Storage
All exported files are saved locally on your device or to locations you explicitly choose (e.g., iCloud, Mail, Files app). No user data is uploaded to our servers or any third-party servers. All data remains under your exclusive control on your device.
4. Network Access
Network access is used only for:
- Processing in-app purchase receipts through Apple StoreKit (no personal data is transmitted)
- WiFi upload feature (local network only, for transferring files from your computer to your phone)
No other network communication occurs. No user data is transmitted over the internet.
5. Analytics and Crash Reports
We do not collect any analytics data, usage statistics, or crash reports. No device information, IP address, or log data is collected.
6. Third-Party Services
Contact Backup: Import & Export does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services. In-app purchases are processed exclusively through Apple's StoreKit, and no purchase data is shared with any third party.
7. No Data Sharing
We do not share, sell, lease, or disclose any user data to any third parties. Since we collect no personal data, no data sharing occurs.
II. Data Retention
Contact Backup: Import & Export does not retain any personal data. All contacts and exported files are managed solely by you on your device. We have no ability to access, retrieve, or delete your data.
III. Children's Privacy
Our app does not collect any personal information from any user, including children under the age of 13. If we become aware that personal information from a child has been inadvertently collected, we will delete such information immediately.
IV. Security
Since all data remains on your device and no data is transmitted to our servers, your data is protected by your device's built-in security features, including iOS system-level file encryption and sandboxing.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

VII. Governing Law
