These Terms of Use take effect as of August 16, 2026, replacing all previous versions.
Welcome to use the Product and services!
Please read these Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy, carefully before using the Product. Your download, installation or use of the Product means that You have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If You do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not use the Product.
"Python Studio - Python Coding" (the "Product") refers to the mobile application developed and provided by Shanghai Dazhuo Information Technology Co., Ltd. "You" refers to the user of the Product. The Product is an offline programming tool that runs entirely on your Apple device.
1. Basic rules of use
1.1 The Product provides features including but not limited to code editing and running, file management, a built-in browser, to-do and timer tools, and multi-window operation. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, You may install and use the Product on Apple devices (iPhone and iPad) for your personal and non-commercial purposes.
1.2 When using the Product and its services, You shall comply with applicable laws and regulations, good Internet practices and these Terms, and You shall not exploit the Product to commit any illegal act or any act that infringes the lawful rights of others.
2. Account and data
2.1 The Product does not require an account. Your code, files and settings are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to any server.
2.2 You are solely responsible for the code you write, the files you create or open, and any content you access through the built-in browser or transfer via features such as WiFi Transfer or WebDAV. Please ensure You have the necessary authorization to use such content, and take proactive measures to back up your important data, as We are unable to recover data lost due to device failure, misoperation or other reasons beyond Our control.
3. Paid services and subscription
3.1 The Product may offer certain features under a subscription ("Membership Plan"). By subscribing, You may obtain unlimited access to all features of the Product.
3.2 Subscriptions are billed weekly, monthly or annually depending on the plan You select. All payments and subscription transactions are processed through the Apple iTunes / App Store. Your iTunes account will be charged once You confirm the purchase.
3.3 Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off. You can turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period in your Apple Account settings; otherwise, the subscription will renew automatically. The subscription fee will be charged to your account within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
3.4 You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the subscription management page of the Apple iTunes / App Store. For any questions about payment, refund or auto-renewal, please contact Apple Support directly.
4. Intellectual property
4.1 You acknowledge and agree that the Product and its related services, including but not limited to their source code, interface designs, icons, texts, graphics and other intellectual property, are owned by or duly licensed to Shanghai Dazhuo Information Technology Co., Ltd., and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent and other applicable laws.
4.2 Unless separately authorized in writing, You shall not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Product, duplicate or modify the Product or any part thereof, or use the Product for any purpose not explicitly permitted by these Terms.
4.3 You retain the copyright and other rights in the code and files You write and create using the Product. The Product does not claim ownership of your code.
5. Use of software "as is"
The Product is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We use a commercially reasonable level of care to provide the Product, but We do not warrant that the Product will be error-free or uninterrupted, nor do We warrant the results of a specific program, notebook or feature. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, You use the Product at your own risk.
6. Limitation of liability
6.1 To the extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Shanghai Dazhuo Information Technology Co., Ltd. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Product.
6.2 We shall not be liable for any losses caused by factors beyond Our reasonable control, including but not limited to device failure, operating system or system software issues on your device, force majeure, and interruption or unavailability caused by Apple or third-party network or service providers.
7. Termination
You may stop using and delete the Product at any time. Deleting the Product removes the device-side application; local data under the Product's file management directory and other local data on your device will remain on the device unless You delete them separately through the file management features.
8. Amendment of these Terms
We may amend these Terms from time to time as required by business development or applicable laws and regulations. When We do, We will post the amended Terms on this page and update the effective date above. Your continued use of the Product after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
9. Governing law and dispute resolution
9.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
9.2 Any dispute between You and Us arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be settled through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, You may seek remedies through the competent court in accordance with applicable law.
10. Miscellaneous
10.1 If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
10.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between You and Us regarding the use of the Product, and prevail over any prior oral or written agreements regarding the subject matter hereof.
