"Dual Camera Pro" or "We" refers to Shanghai Dazhuo Information Technology Co., Ltd.
"You" refers to users of Our Products and purchasers of paid services.
"Our Products" include the software product "Dual Camera Pro".
I. Information We Collect and How We Use It
Dual Camera Pro is a dual-camera video recording tool that captures video from the front and rear cameras simultaneously. This Privacy Policy describes our practices regarding information collection and use.
1. Camera and Microphone Access
The app requires access to your device's camera and microphone solely for the purpose of real-time video recording at your explicit direction. All video and audio recordings are saved exclusively to your device's local photo library. We do not collect, store, process, analyze, or transmit any camera feed data, audio data, or content from your recordings.
2. Face Data
Dual Camera Pro does NOT collect, process, analyze, detect, track, or recognize any face data or biometric data. While recorded video may incidentally contain faces, the app performs no facial recognition, face detection, face tracking, or any other form of face data analysis. No face data is extracted, stored, or transmitted from the device at any time.
3. No Account Registration
Dual Camera Pro does not require account registration. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information.
4. Data Storage
All recorded videos are stored locally on your device in the system photo library. No video data, audio data, or any other user content is uploaded to our servers or any third-party servers. All data remains under your exclusive control on your device.
5. Network Access
Network access is used only for:
- Loading in-app help documentation
- Processing in-app purchase receipts through Apple StoreKit (no personal data is transmitted)
No other network communication occurs. No user data is transmitted over the network.
6. Analytics and Crash Reports
We do not collect any analytics data, usage statistics, or crash reports. No device information, IP address, or log data is collected.
7. Third-Party Services
Dual Camera Pro does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services. In-app purchases are processed exclusively through Apple's StoreKit, and no purchase data is shared with any third party.
8. No Data Sharing
We do not share, sell, lease, or disclose any user data to any third parties. Since we collect no personal data, no data sharing occurs.
II. Data Retention
Dual Camera Pro does not retain any personal data or face data. All recordings are managed solely by you through your device's photo library. We have no ability to access, retrieve, or delete your recordings.
III. Children's Privacy
Our app does not collect any personal information from any user, including children under the age of 13. If we become aware that personal information from a child has been inadvertently collected, we will delete such information immediately.
IV. Security
Since all recordings remain on your device and no data is transmitted to our servers, your data is protected by your device's built-in security features, including iOS system-level file encryption and sandboxing.
V. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

VII. Governing Law
For users in Mainland China, the laws of the People's Republic of China shall apply. For users outside Mainland China, the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region shall apply.
