Welcome to Blood Sugar - Diabetes Tracker!
Please read the following Terms of Use carefully. Your use of Blood Sugar - Diabetes Tracker means you have accepted this agreement.

1. About the App
Blood Sugar - Diabetes Tracker is a blood sugar / diabetes data recording and management tool. All data is stored locally on your device. The App does not collect, upload or share any personal data.

2. Software License
We grant you a personal, revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to use Blood Sugar - Diabetes Tracker for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. Paid Service / Subscription
Some features may be available through a subscription purchased via Apple's In-App Purchase system. All payments are processed by Apple, and we do not access your payment information. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple account settings.

4. Privacy and Personal Data
Blood Sugar - Diabetes Tracker does not collect any personal data and does not upload any data. All information you enter (including health data such as blood sugar readings) is stored locally on your device only. If you enable HealthKit sync, all data is processed locally on your device and never uploaded. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

5. No Medical Advice
Blood Sugar - Diabetes Tracker is a data recording and management tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Please always consult your doctor or a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.

6. "As Is" Service
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any data loss or damage resulting from misuse, device malfunction or other factors beyond our control. We recommend that you back up your data regularly.

7. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Applicable Law and Disputes
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws.
